A world-renowned thief whose residence is in the same city as detective Daniel MacGuinness. He is identified by his grace and charm and overall composed demeanor when carrying out his crimes.
To date, Thief is the only lone criminal to have encountered and outsmarted both detective Daniel MacGuinness and law official Keith O’Farrell. He’s also had run-ins with private investigator Emily Sullivan, and still remains at large.
For those who’ve encountered Gentleman Thief’s thefts, it’s either a welcome blessing or an unwelcome curse. The latter finds their stolen goods taken from them, and the police dropped on their doorstep. The former finds stolen items returned to them. It’s rumored that Thief is employed by the city to steal back stolen items, but he’s been known to carry out thefts in countries all over the world.
